Is it just my kid who does this?
Middle of the night, tip-toes into your room. Makes no sound. Then stands at the side of the bed staring at you. Until of course you wake up screaming.

That is weird. Mine just lies in her bed screaming until someone comes to her. She still hasn't figured out that she cna get out of her bed on her own. She does it at bedtime, middle of the night and first thing in the morning. At least Chucky child won't wake up his future sibling with his methods.
